The Dean of the Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies at the University of Baghdad, the Chartered Accountant, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Muhammad Thajil Al-Mamouri, made an evening inspection tour for the Guard and Civil Defense Guard official to inspect the emergency outlets and the fire organization in the Institute building. The Dean emphasized the necessity of preparing all civil defense requirements to confront any emergency situation.
