Professor Dr. Sabiha Barzan Farhoud, Lecturing in the Department of Accounting Studies at the Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies, University of Baghdad, participated in research in the conference of the Eighth International Forum for Scientific Research, which was held by (KTO Karatay University) in Turkey for the period 5/17/19-2024, with the participation of various researchers from Iraqi universities. And Arabic, as the research entitled “Reflection of emergency environmental variables on the preparation of the states public budget and its impact on achieving sustainable development goals” was participated.
The aim of the research is to identify the urgent positive variables represented by the government program paragraphs, and other variables such as the change in the exchange rate of the US dollar against the Iraqi dinar.
The research concluded that there is a clear reflection of the emerging variables on the budget allocations in accordance with the objectives of the government program and the reform package, whether in the health sector, education, social services, production and consumption, investment, as well as the employment of the workforce to reduce the problem of unemployment, which reflected positively on achieving the sustainable development goals.
