The workshop dealt with how to accept others and their opinions to form good working relationships with them by understanding this interesting and very important window for self-observation and increasing awareness when dealing with others and thus improving communication and communication skills with them. The workshop concluded that everyone has this window, but its wideness varies from one person to another.
