The Department of Financial Studies the Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies at the University of Baghdad discussed the research titled (The Role of Strategic Flexibility of Banks in Managing High Involvement /Applied Research ) for the student Nawras Haeder kadhem to obtain a higher diploma equivalent to a master’s degree in banks and grants its holder All rights and privileges of a master’s degree.
The study aimed to identify the level of interest in banks’ strategic flexibility, as the independent variable and its dimensions (human capital flexibility, information flexibility, and expansion flexibility), and its role in managing high inclusion, as the dependent variable, with its dimensions (job integration, training, motivation and compensation, and technological support for work), and to rank these dimensions according to their degree of priority.
The study found a significant correlation and influence between banks’ strategic flexibility and its three dimensions (human capital flexibility, information flexibility, and expansion flexibility) on managing high inclusion. It also revealed significant differences in the application of strategic flexibility among the banks studied, as well as significant differences in the application of high inclusion management among the banks studied.
