The Dean of the Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies at the University of Baghdad, chartered accountant Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Mohammed Thajil Al-Maamouri, held a meeting with the institute’s faculty members, including department and unit heads.
The Dean welcomed the faculty members, and the main focus of the meeting was to follow up with the committees regarding the necessary preparations for the 4th International and 6th National Conference, entitled “Digital Transformation in Iraq and the Middle East: Opportunities and Challenges,” which will be held on January 28-29, 2026.
During the meeting, the Dean emphasized the importance of performing duties and requirements as a unified team to overcome all obstacles and exert the necessary efforts for the success of the conference.
