Assistant Professor, Dr. Ali Mohammed Thajil Al-Maamouri chartered Accountant, Dean of the Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies, honored Professor Dr. Suhail Najm Abdullah, Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, by awarding him the “Creative Leaders” shield.
