Under the supervision of the Dean of the Post-graduate Institute of Accounting and Financial Studies, Chartered Accountant Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Muhammad Thajil Al-Maamouri, the Accounting Studies Department at the Institute held a workshop entitled (Cognitive Foundations in Using Statistical Methods for Accounting Research) in the Institute Hall. The workshop was managed and lectured by Assistant Professor Dr. Mahmoud Ismail Muhammad, a lecturer in the Accounting Studies Department at the Institute. A number of lecturers and graduate students at the Institute participated in the workshop.
The workshop has reached to enhance the professional academic library applied to the teaching staff and postgraduate students in how to communicate with the digital effects of the statistical questionnaire form designed for research purposes in the field of accounting specialization and analyze it according to general and specialized methods, including statistics, and employ the results to explain the phenomenon under study and then prove the research hypothesis. Classify these activities within the objectives of the environment and sustainability to achieve goal (8) in promoting comprehensive, sustainable and inclusive economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all.
