The workshop aimed to clarify the tasks of the Sustainable Development Team and divide them into several key areas, most notably: education and awareness, building the student community by forming student teams in the colleges to serve as the nucleus of change leaders, and improving environmental practices on campus. The workshop also addressed practical steps for forming specialized teams focused on awareness and media, sustainable initiatives and practices, community building, and documentation and public relations, with the aim of enhancing coordination and integrating efforts to achieve sustainability goals at the university level.

This workshop contributes to several Sustainable Development Goals, including Goal 4, which calls for quality education, and Goal 17, which focuses on partnerships for achieving the goals.
