Within the framework of enhancing scientific and administrative cooperation between Post-graduate institutes at the University of Baghdad, the Dean of the Post-graduate Institute of Accounting and Financial Studies, Chartered Accountant and Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Muhammad Thajil Al-Maamouri, held a fruitful meeting with the Dean of the Institute of Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology for Graduate Studies, Professor Dr. Salwa Jaber Abdullah, and the Dean of the Institute of Laser for Graduate Studies, Professor Dr. Kazim Abdul Wahid Adim.
The meeting, held in the building of the Institute of Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology, included scientific and administrative discussions that focused on the importance of integration between different disciplines, developing academic partnerships, and exchanging research and administrative expertise. Emphasis was also placed on harnessing the scientific potential of Post-graduate institutes and working on joint projects that contribute to enhancing innovation and opening new horizons for graduate students, keeping pace with modern requirements and meeting the needs of society.
This cooperation represents an important practical step toward building strong bridges of partnership and integration between Post-graduate institutes, affirming the University of Baghdad’s mission to unify academic efforts, develop scientific research, and enhance its leadership position.
